If the above wouldn't work could I route audio to the receiver by looping that back to the receiver via the ARC HDMI out on the LG screen?

Next upgrade will be a 4K Blue Ray player, tempted with an LG UBK 90 (open to other suggestions) as that has a second HDMI out so I could:įeed video directly to the LG screen via HDMI and audio to the Yamaha receiver via the second HDMI, would the screen then display true 4k even if the source content was copy protected given that audio was going to the receiver which isn't HDCP 2.2 compliant? I also have signal loss issues with my Sony Ultra HD blu ray player as well.
